This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business and technology, drive requirement discovery, and design scalable automation solutions that deliver measurable business value. Required Skills & Experience Core Experience 810+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Banking/Financial Services Hands-on experience with LCNC workflow automation platforms (n8n preferred) Experience in enterprise automation or digital transformation programs Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and system integrations Technical & Functional Skills Expertise in: Requirement elicitation techniques Process modeling (BPMN preferred) Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA) Familiarity with: API-driven architectures Integration patterns Exposure to AI-driven automation, intelligent workflows, or decision automation is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr Staffing
