Full-Time StewardBeechmont Country Club, located in Beachwood, OH, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Steward. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Responsibilities:Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.Performs other duties as required.Qualifications:No prior experience required but will train.SERV Safe certification preferred.Regular and reliable attendance.This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an associate in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.About Troon:Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
