Cytiva (a Danaher operating company) seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to lead EHS, occupational health, and business continuity programs at its Westborough, Massachusetts manufacturing site. The role involves direct team leadership, regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic planning to protect personnel and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead site-level EHS, occupational health, and business continuity programs aligned with company standards
Serve as primary EHS contact for site leadership, regulators, contractors, and external stakeholders
Drive risk assessments, hazard analyses, incident investigations, and corrective action implementation
Partner with Facilities, Engineering, and Operations on contractor safety, project management, and emergency preparedness
Direct Business Continuity Management system including assessments, planning, testing, and operational resilience

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field
3+ years EHS experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated environments
3+ years of people leadership with coaching and performance management responsibility
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, Massachusetts state, and local EHS regulations
Experience leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and compliance audits
Experience managing EHS programs in manufacturing with contractor and change management
Experience leading Business Continuity Management or emergency preparedness programs

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 base; eligible for bonus
