seeking a Senior Digital Product Owner for a key client in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will be the linchpin of a cross-functional team, serving as the voice of the customer to guide the development of high-impact digital products and services. You'll work closely with product management and stakeholders to define and execute the product strategy, while prioritizing and managing the product backlog. This role demands a proactive individual who can translate business needs into technical requirements, champion agile best practices, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.

• Act as the Voice of the Customer: Serve as the primary point of contact for the product, managing the backlog to ensure it reflects business priorities and drives maximum value.
• Develop Product Strategy: Create and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with overall business goals and customer needs.
• Translate Business Needs: Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and Manage Backlog: Refine and prioritize features based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility to ensure the team is focused on high-priority items.
• Collaborate and Align: Foster strong collaboration with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to ensure everyone is aligned with the product vision.
• Maintain Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction, key features, and timelines for product development.
• Define Success Metrics: Establish and track key metrics to measure product success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Champion Agile Practices: Lead and champion the adoption of agile methodologies and best practices, with a preference for Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience.

• Experience: Proven success in defining and building digital products on product teams.
• Methodology: Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with SAFe experience highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
• Decision-Making: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
• Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience with reservation solutions in the transportation industry.
• Technical Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with implementing SaaS and cloud solutions.
• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills.
