High Value Package Auditor

Duties include auditing high value claim shippers, locating high value packages in the center or hub and ensuring proper handling. May also contact destination hubs or centers to notify them of the status of high value packages. Additional duties may include performing loss prevention activities related to center or operation physical security. Hours: 11:00PM to 3:00AM. Education: Bend, stoop, crouch, squat, climb, stand, walk, turn, and pivot intermittently during the workday. Lift, lower push, pull, leverage, and manipulate equipment and/or packages weighing up to 70 pounds. Assist in moving package up 150 pounds. Grasp, reach, and maintain control of activities associated with processing packages. Perform tasks using simple hand grasping, fine hand manipulation and reach associated with assigned tasks such as paperwork, use of computer or other data scanning device, filling and use of telephone. Have a sufficient ability to communicate, through sight, hearing, and/or otherwise, to perform assigned tasks and maintain proper job safety conditions. Work at elevated heights, in enclosed spaces and or uneven walk surfaces. Work in an environment with: variable temperatures, exposure to dust, dirt, fuel, noise, and inclement weather. Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs - Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Ability to follow directions and routines, work independently with appropriate judgment, communicate clearly, and handle confidential information. Work with access systems and generate corporate reports. Must be flexible to perform miscellaneous tasks that may be assigned or work different hours for coverage purposes.
