Registered Nurse Skilled Nursing Facility

Location Mt. Grant General Hospital, 200 South A Street, P.O. Box 1510, Hawthorne, NV 89415 Position Full‑time LPN in SNF department under the direction of the SNF Manager and Lead RN. The RN performs direct resident care tasks within the objectives, standards, and policies of the Acute and Lefa L Seran Skilled Nursing departments and within the parameters of his/her preparation. Acts in a role of charge nurse to CNA and PCT staff. Responsible for patient care tasks in the scope of practice, giving direction to staff and taking report from other nurses. Salary $32.50/hr – $42.00/hr DOE Shift SNF day shift 6:00 pm – 6:30 am Nurse Rotation Differential Pay $1.00/hr graveyard differential $0.75/hr swing differential Schedule Every other weekend off Opportunity for OT Benefits Full Benefits Package for selected candidate. Sign on Bonus ($5000.00) & Relocation ($2500.00) payment available for selected candidate. Requirements and Qualifications Possess and maintain a current RN license in the State of Nevada or Active RN License that can be transferred to Nevada. Maintain current certification in CPR and participate in annual mandatory training. Per NRS 449.179 and NRS 200.5091, successful applicant(s) must pass required state and federal background checks.
