Employee Merchandise Discount – Enjoy Sea Bags products at a special rate, because we love treating our team!What You'll DoEnsuring quality by carefully inspecting and preparing finished goodsApplying finishing touches like handles, hardware, and straps to bring designs to lifeCleaning and trimming products for a polished, professional finishManaging materials by collecting, sorting, and stocking raw suppliesTracking production with accurate daily output recordsMaintaining efficiency by meeting production goals while upholding quality standardsKeeping things organized with proper tagging, labeling, and periodic inventory countsCreating a safe and tidy workspace that aligns with all safety requirementsHandling physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periodsWhat We're Looking ForA team-first attitude, ready to jump in and support company needsSharp attention to detail, ensuring every product meets quality standardsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate processes clearlyExcellent organization and time management, keeping production on trackA goal-driven mindset, comfortable working with production targets and deadlinesThe ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a teamA high level of accuracy and efficiency, even in a fast-moving environmentFull-time availability (minimum of 40 hours per week)Work Location: In person – South Portland, MEAt Sea Bags, we celebrate diversity and are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
