Location: Orlando, FL Pay: $20 - $25/hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime Available) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating CNC machinery to cut and shape materials according to detailed specifications while ensuring high-quality output and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC router to cut and shape materials based on specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders accurately Set up materials and calibrate equipment to ensure precision and quality Perform basic troubleshooting and make adjustments to maintain production flow Assist with CNC programming as training progresses Cross-train on laser and foam cutting machines over time Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications Experience operating CNC machinery in a production setting Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and functions Mechanical and electrical aptitude, including familiarity with tools and equipment Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and make adjustments as needed Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a team environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.
