Director Of Clinical OperationsVitality Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical knowledge and supervisory experience to lead an amazing team of clinicians as their Director of Clinical Operations. Cash out earned money when and where you need it!Professional development and career growth opportunitiesQualifications:Licensed to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of agency operationMust have a valid drivers' license with reliable transportation and liability insuranceA minimum of two (2) years' experience as a professional nurse providing direct patient care in hospice, home health or community health, and a minimum one (1) year of supervisory experienceDemonstrated ability to manage all aspects of end-of-life care with expertise in crisis intervention, pain and symptom control, clinical bedside nursing, and family counselingDemonstrated ability to execute a supportive, sensitive approach to staff and patient/family needs, including tactful service recovery/complaint resolutionOur RN Director of Clinical Operations are strong leaders with a passion for providing excellent patient care.
