Colorado Health is growing, and we're looking for a motivated health insurance sales agent to join our team in Southeast Denver. In this role, you'll help individuals, families, Medicare beneficiaries, and small businesses find the right coverage while building lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Guide clients through health insurance plan options and enrollment decisions
• Sell and service individual, family, Medicare, small group, and ICHRA health insurance plans
• Assist with renewals, policy changes, and ongoing client support
• Build trusted relationships through exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Utilize technology and agency systems to manage accounts efficiently
• Collaborate with a close-knit team of insurance professionals dedicated to helping Colorado residents

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active life & health insurance license
• Previous health insurance sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent computer and organizational skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Southeast Denver
• Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining client confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Connect for Health Colorado certification
• Experience with:
• Individual health insurance
• Family health insurance
• Medicare plans

• Established network within the Colorado insurance market

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $40,000$60,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
• Additional bonus opportunities for new sales

• Full-time
• MondayFriday
• Typical hours: 9:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Flexible schedule options available (employees who start earlier may leave earlier)
