The Crossings of Willmar, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA (On-call) to join our growing team.  

The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living is accessible from 19th Avenue SE or 24th Avenue SE, east of the Walmart Supercenter. This is more than a place to work—it is a place to thrive. Position: Caregiver/HHA/CNA

Hourly: $17.00 - $22 for HHA and $19.00 - $24.00 for CNA hourly, depending on experience

Service Area: 2103 9th Street Southeast, Willmar, MN 5620

Schedule: On-call, flexible scheduling

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:  

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. 
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.  
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. 
• Assist with medication administration. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. 
• Strong interest in healthcare. 
• Positive, compassionate attitude. 
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
