Class A CDL Driver

A manufacturing facility in York, SC is looking for a Class A CDL Driver looking to interview candidates ASAP. This role is fast paced and demanding. This company is growing quickly and willing to train for upward progression. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This role will operate off the 1st shift schedule Monday-Thursday. 3-5 years of CDL Driving experience required! 

salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver Hydra Platform Trucks and/or Trailers (under-bridge access equipment) to clients throughout the United States
• Become a Certified Operator and Trainer to perform operations of under-bridge access equipment
• Provide under-bridge access equipment training for customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain FMCSA/DOT compliance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Electronic Driver Logs

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time

Skills

• Class A CDL
• CDL Driving Experience (3 years of experience is preferred)
• Rental Equipment Experience
• Mechanical Knowledge
• Medical Examiner Cert
