Go Flow Concierge Wellness | Palmetto Bay, FL

Compensation: $29.00–$35.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Per Diem / Part-Time | Weekday Afternoons–Closing + Select Saturdays

Go Flow Concierge Wellness is seeking an energetic, personable, and motivated Florida-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing orthopedic outpatient physical therapy and wellness practice.

This is an ideal opportunity for a PTA who wants a flexible supplemental schedule, one-on-one patient interaction, professional mentorship, and the opportunity to expand beyond traditional physical therapy into corrective exercise, injury prevention and wellness coaching.

You'll work alongside our Doctor of Physical Therapy while helping patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries—and helping wellness clients become stronger, healthier and less likely to experience future injuries.

What You'll Do

Orthopedic Physical Therapy

• Provide treatment under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic and corrective exercises
• Instruct, motivate and assist patients with improving strength, mobility and functional activities
• Monitor patient response and progress and communicate findings to the supervising PT
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Assist with appropriate clinical measurements and patient education

Wellness & Injury Prevention

• Assist with wellness membership and coaching programs
• Coach individuals and small groups with exercise, mobility, strength and injury-prevention programs
• Support clients whose weight, conditioning or lifestyle factors may be affecting their musculoskeletal health
• Help develop and lead in-person and virtual wellness/exercise programs
• Encourage clients as they transition from rehabilitation toward independent exercise and long-term wellness

Education & Social Media

• Help develop ideas for educational PT, exercise, mobility and wellness content
• Participate in simple exercise demonstrations, educational videos and social media content
• Help turn common patient questions into useful health and wellness education

Marketing experience is not required—we're looking for someone who enjoys educating, motivating and engaging with people.

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Florida PTA license or eligibility for Florida licensure
• Fluent English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable and organized
• Ability to motivate and educate patients
• Genuine interest in orthopedic rehabilitation, exercise and wellness
• Ability to provide flexible afternoon/closing coverage on agreed-upon weekdays and some Saturdays from approximately 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

Preferred

• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• 1–2+ years of PTA experience preferred, but strong newer graduates are encouraged to apply
• Interest or experience in corrective exercise, fitness, injury prevention, wellness coaching or weight management
• Comfortable helping create educational/social media content
• Spanish speaking is a plus

Schedule

This is a per diem/part-time position with hours varying based on patient volume, wellness programming and practice needs.

Our primary need is for a PTA who can provide afternoon through closing coverage on selected weekdays , along with some Saturday coverage generally between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM , to support our Physical Therapist and accommodate additional patient cases.

The position can be an excellent fit for a PTA who already has another position but wants to supplement their income, add flexible clinical hours, expand their professional skills and gain experience in a more comprehensive orthopedic and wellness environment.

Compensation

$29.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications and overall fit for the position.

Higher consideration within the range may be given to candidates with strong outpatient orthopedic experience, wellness/fitness or corrective exercise experience, bilingual English/Spanish communication skills, and scheduling flexibility.

Professional-development and applicable continuing-education opportunities may also be available based on role, performance and length of employment.
