Physical Therapist

Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist at our hospital-based facility, you'll evaluate and treat patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury in both acute inpatient units and our outpatient clinic. You'll be an integral part of a multidisciplinary care team, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy across the continuum of care.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing patient evaluations and creating individualized treatment plans
• Providing direct physical therapy interventions across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Educating patients and families on home exercises, safety, and recovery strategies
• Documenting progress and coordinating discharge planning
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and department meetings

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Michigan Physical Therapy license (or eligible to obtain)
• Experience in acute care and/or outpatient settings preferred
• New graduates with strong clinical backgrounds encouraged to apply
