Sr. Director, Client Engagement

How You’ll Make an Impact

As Senior Director of Client Engagement at Epsilon, you will lead and drive large teams that deliver MarTech and Data solutions and services for one or more healthcare enterprise clients. You will drive client outcomes through day‑to‑day partnership with clients and internal teams, orchestrate integration of Epsilon teams, products, and services, and foster strategic relationships that ensure successful engagement, client satisfaction, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, repeatable processes and governance that ensure excellence in delivery of client solutions.
• Build cross‑functional alignments with sellers and other delivery leaders.
• Apply critical thinking to create and implement plans that achieve project goals tied to customer business outcomes.
• Streamline engagement delivery to improve value to our customers.
• Facilitate communication between the client, project team, and partners, contributing to knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Work in a large, multicultural, and geographically dispersed organization.
• Establish and maintain client relationships to ensure client satisfaction with products and services.
• Drive collaboration internally with sales, client services, and delivery organizations throughout the client lifecycle.
• Develop talent and provide timely feedback on performance for direct reports and cross‑functional teams.
• Orchestrate across multiple solutions to meet client needs, translating expectations between internal and external partners.
• Manage overall client margin relative to the original contract.
• Apply business and financial skills to achieve measurable business results for customer success.
• Identify client growth opportunities by understanding their business needs and the value Epsilon delivers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large teams (client teams comprised of more than 50 people).
• In‑depth understanding of clients and industries supported, with the ability to apply business offerings at the senior level.
• Strong skills in relationship‑building, cross‑organizational partnering, and driving results through influence and negotiation.
• High acumen of service operations, contracting, and financials.

Standout Qualities

• Experience leading the client relationship management and delivery of a long‑term strategic account.
• Expertise and knowledge in the full ecosystem of MarTech and Data solutions.
• Healthcare industry experience with an understanding of industry trends and challenges.

Compensation

Base Salary: $128,000 – $192,000 Annually. Compensation may be adjusted based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
