Family Medicine Physician\nLocation: Virginia Beach, Virginia
\nPractice: Blackwood Family Medicine
\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (36 hours patient-facing, 4 hours administrative). Other scheduling options may be considered.
\n \nAbout Blackwood Family Medicine
\nBlackwood Family Medicine is a well-established, patient-centered primary care practice in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families. We focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, and comprehensive wellness to ensure our patients achieve their best health outcomes in a supportive and friendly environment.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. \n
- Family Medicine physicians will see all ages \n
- Average patient volume of 18-22 patients per day. \n
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. \n
- No evenings and no weekends. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Board certified or board eligible (if within two years of residency) in Family Medicine. \n
- Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain one. \n
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach. \n
- 2025 resident graduates are encouraged to apply! \n
