About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Digital Investigations and Cyber Risk. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the expansion of the firm's digital investigations and cyber risk practice, which offers a wide range of investigative and forensic services to clients. This role involves working closely with senior management on business development, overseeing project execution, and managing client relationships at the highest levels. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' experience in digital forensic and cyber response services, a proven track record in business development, and deep experience in conducting complex, confidential investigations. They should also be adept at preparing and delivering expert analysis and testimony in legal and regulatory matters, and be willing to actively support a variety of engagement types in a hands-on capacity. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should possess one or more digital forensics and incident response certifications and have a background that includes senior management-level roles. The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate and support high-performing teams, and a commitment to the highest ethical standards. Experience in business valuation, internal controls assessment, and high-volume forensic data analysis is a plus, as is sector experience in financial services, technology, and healthcare. The role also involves direct case management, from proposal to delivery, and the candidate is expected to be an active practitioner, capable of executing digital forensic analysis and providing expert testimony.
