Fischer's Maintenance LLC is seeking a Lawn Care/General Labor team member to help keep properties looking their best and support essential seasonal maintenance in Antigo, WI.

As a Lawn Care/General Labor professional, you’ll perform hands-on outdoor work that supports clean, well-maintained properties year-round. This role combines lawn mowing and general maintenance duties with seasonal responsibilities such as snow removal.

You’ll work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, follow site expectations for quality and safety, and contribute to a reliable, customer-focused service experience.

• Perform lawn care duties, including mowing and basic trimming to maintain property appearance

• Support general labor tasks such as light cleanup, hauling, and equipment setup as needed

• Assist with snow removal activities during winter to help keep walkways and access areas clear

• Follow established safety procedures while working around grounds equipment and job sites

• Help maintain equipment readiness through routine care and basic operational checks

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods

• Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting and moving materials as needed

• Willingness to learn job tasks and follow instructions to meet quality expectations

• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an onsite environment

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check

• Experience with lawn care, landscaping, or general grounds maintenance

• Experience assisting with snow removal or seasonal outdoor maintenance

• Familiarity with common outdoor equipment and safe operating practices

• A customer-service mindset focused on producing clean, well-maintained results

Hourly rate: $14.00 - $25.00
