Pediatric Physical Therapist

Moving and Grooving Pediatric Physical Therapy specializes in providing physical and occupational therapy for infants and children. Our services support those with conditions such as torticollis, plagiocephaly, and developmental delays. We offer both mobile services and in-clinic care in Scottsdale, AZ, allowing flexibility for families to receive therapy in the setting that best suits their needs. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for our patients and their families through compassionate and effective care. Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Pediatric Physical Therapist. A minimum of 8 hours is required, but up to 15 hours is ideal. The role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions for infants and children with a range of physical and developmental conditions. Responsibilities include working closely with families to provide education and support, monitoring individual progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care. This role can include patient care in the clinic setting in Scottsdale or seeing patients in their home setting (zip codes are flexible). At least ONE afternoon per week (3-6 pm) is required. Tuesdays or Fridays would also be ideal for the clinic setting. Qualifications Strong expertise in Physical Therapy and Pediatric Physical Therapy. Experience in Pediatrics and Rehabilitation, with a solid understanding of child development. Knowledge in medicine as it applies to pediatric patients and therapeutic interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children and their families. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arizona. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
