Deskside Support Technician

We are currently seeking a qualified Deskside Support Technician to join our clients team onsite in Bloomfield, CT. This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension. Duties and Responsibilities Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix and End User Support activities as required Stage, Build and Image systems with standard client image Complete special projects as requested Follow Asset Management policy and procedure Skills and Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of previous Deskside Support experience Good communication skills Good analytic / troubleshooting skills Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications Good customer support skills Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing Wage Range The hourly rate for this position is between $18.75 - $25.00 per hour, unless the local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
