Manufacturing Human Resources Manager

Hiring for an immediate HR Manager in Morganton, NC! We are looking for an HR Manager with experience working in a manufacturing plant. This position is 100% on-site. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to employees by responding to various information requests regarding benefit eligibility, schedules, time off requests, payroll, and provide timely responses to employee inquiries and or concerns.
• Conduct employee investigations, providing conflict resolutions and issuing coaching and counseling 
• Oversee workers compensation benefit program, complete accident investigations, implements corrective actions, and ensures modified duty program is utilized and within limits of modifications.
• Organize, plan and conduct initial employee training and annual refreshers in compliance of safe quality food, state agencies, and federal agencies.
• Promote a culture of safety and reporting any unsafe conditions, equipment malfunctions or potential hazards immediately.
• Maintain effective communication with coworkers, management, and supervisors
