Job Description
- Client Assessments: Conduct thorough fitness evaluations to understand clients' goals, limitations, and health histories.
- Customized Program Design: Develop and implement personalized workout plans that align with clients' objectives, whether it's weight loss, strength building, athletic performance, etc.
- Instruction & Motivation: Lead one-on-one and group training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques and providing continuous encouragement.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly tracking and assessing clients' progress, along with adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Safety & Education: Educate clients on injury prevention, proper form, and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the training environment and equipment.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate client records, including session notes and progress reports. Understanding the MOSO system and adjustments as required.
