Responsibilities Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in‑patient as determined. Lead clinic staff—ex. X‑ray technologists, nurses, and front‑office specialists—in delivering excellent patient care. Provide guidance to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction. Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications. Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and guide treatment. Actively engage with clinical leadership and, when necessary, elevate concerns to management to ensure strong patient care and adherence to company values. Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and forward charts as appropriate daily. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians. Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient‑centred care, safety, cost, and reliable accurate information. Conduct all activities in accordance with department expectations and in compliance with federal and state regulations and HIPAA. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings. Pursue a queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper follow‑up. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications, educating patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions. Adhere to clinical practice guidelines set by the Office of Medical Affairs. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training. Perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols. Complete all mandatory compliance training, maintaining high quality of care. Recommend ideas to improve overall patient experience and care within the clinic and to telehealth leadership. Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care. Welcome new employees on their first day, facilitate introductions, clinic tours, and provide an overview of clinic processes. Assist new employees with learning activities and required training, providing job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities. Maintain confidence, credibility, friendly cordial relations with clients and employees, and a positive work atmosphere. Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions as specified on the physical demands. Comply with company standards of operations and promote a respectful culture of confidentiality. Consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Preferred experience working as a Telehealth Clinician. Perform other duties as assigned by management. PRN employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month. Full‑time employees are required to work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend. Ancillary Providers are responsible for on‑call duty periodically throughout the year. Experience Requirements and Preferences Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Experience: At least 1‑2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice such as urgent care, occupational medical facility, ER or trauma unit, or family medical practice (strongly preferred). Must have an active family nurse practitioner or physician assistant license and a valid DEA with mandatory compliance training; DOT certification required within 120 days where applicable. Must be able to treat all ages and meet all credentialing requirements. Level of Experience Level1: New grad nurse practitioner or physician assistant with up to 1 year of experience. Level2: Nurse practitioner or physician assistant with over 1 year and less than 5 years of experience. Level3: Nurse practitioner or physician assistant with over 5 years and less than 10 years of experience. Level4: Nurse practitioner or physician assistant with over 10 years of experience.
