Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different care environments, client needs, and care plans. Skilled in providing personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, and support with daily living activities. Knowledgeable in safety practices, infection control, and resident dignity and confidentiality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary care team. Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance for transportation to clients and facilities. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care. With a negative Tuberculosis Test. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and light housekeeping Accompany clients to appointments Monitor well‑being and communicate updates Document care provided.
