Automation Tester Tester II - Software Testing Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases. Responsibilities Develop automation scripts using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (TypeScript), Appium, and REST API frameworks Contribute to all testing phase activities as per the release plan Participate actively in sprint Agile testing activities Learn and apply AI-based testing tools for smarter execution and defect analysis Execute functional, regression, and E2E tests. Leverage shared frameworks, cloud platforms Learn/build understanding of Telecom domain workflows Follow QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement practices Qualifications Understand basic checks like fraud, credit, tax validation Automation experience with ERP systems using Tosca/AccelQ (1-2 years) SAP/ERP system knowledge (1-2 years) Telecom Domain experience (1-2 years) No-code/low-code test automation platform: AccelQ (1-2 years) Cloud test execution platforms (Lambda, Test grid, SauceLabs etc.) – Beginner: 1-2 years Compensation & Location Role Location: Hybrid – Texas Compensation Range: $51,000–$77,000 Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
