Loan Sales Specialist

In the Role  Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuringtimelyand efficient service Exceed customer expectations through ease,empathyand encouragement, deliveringresults related to individual and branch goals Develop newconnections andmaintainonesby engagingcustomers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needsManage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities whilemaintainingcompliance with all relevant laws and regulationsEngage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email,chatand our in-house systemsExhibitpassion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed andgoal oriented attitudeClearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans,termsand their options Requirements:    High SchoolDiplomaorGED     Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience   Bilingual - Spanish   Location:On site   The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.    Who we AreA career with OneMain offers you the potential to earn an annual salary plus incentives.
