This includes harnessing technology and other innovations to improve the health of those we serve, focusing on exceptional patient/consumer experience and improved system performance. The Specialist will plan, lead, and manage complex and value-added projects.Experience RequiredMinimum of (1-2) years’ experience required in a leadership role within Cooper University Hospital or another similar organization3-5 years leadership experience preferred Proven Six Sigma, Lean or Project Management experience preferredProven problem solving skillsEducation RequirementsBachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree preferredLicense/Certification RequirementsPreferred trained as Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt (i.e. ASQ certification, GE Leadership Development Training, Cooper University Health Care or an Accredited University program). Change Agent trained desired.Special RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Meeting facilitation and project management skills are highly preferred.
