Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Employment Type: Contingent

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–1:30pm

As a Phlebotomist, you represent the face of the organization to patients during important moments in their healthcare journey. Your accuracy, professionalism, and patient‑focused approach help ensure reliable test results, build trust, and support high‑quality care in a clinical setting.

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients

• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established practices and procedures

• Verify patient demographic information and specimen labeling, obtaining patient confirmation post‑collection

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and confidentiality of patient information

• Maintain a safe, professional, and patient‑focused environment

What We're Looking For

• A current, up‑to‑date resume

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

• Two years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred

• Strong customer service, communication, and data entry skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal on‑site supervision in a fast‑paced setting

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, if applicable

• Ability to meet compliance requirements
