Production
Nesco Resource is currently seeking experienced production located in Greenville SC. Experience is required. Position summary: Nesco Resource is seeking experienced construction production. This role is responsible for finishing smoothing wet concrete surfaces to ensure quality precast products to meet customer specifications. Key responsibilities include: smoothing, leveling, and finishing wet concrete surfaces using hand and power tools; patching repair, and touch up concrete imperfections; applying surface finishes and textures according to specifications; using trowels, floats, screed and other concrete finishing tools; assisting with pouring, forming and stripping concrete molds; inspecting finished products for quality and consistency; following safety guidelines and PPE requirements; and working with production teams to meet daily goals. Qualifications include previous concrete finishing, construction or manufacturing experience a plus; ability to use and power tools safely; ability to follow work instructions; strong attention to detail and quality; ability to work in hot, cold, dusty and non-climate conditions; repetitive hand and arm movements throughout shift; and frequent standing, bending, kneeling and lifting up to 50lbs.
Payrate: $17.00/hr Work schedule: Monday – Friday (depending on production needs)
