Junior AI Engineer

Job Title: Junior Developer We are seeking a Junior Developer who treats AI tools as a core part of their workflow — not an afterthought. In this role, you’ll build and ship software alongside an experienced team, work directly in client environments, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Req#1015826667 Responsibilities Build features using AI-assisted development Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams Attend client meetings and translate needs into solutions Write clean, documented, maintainable code Support QA and participate in code reviews Requirements Proficiency with AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.) Strong prompt engineering skills — this is required Solid grasp of at least one modern stack (Java/.NET) Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable in client-facing settings Curious, proactive, and a fast learner Nice to have Experience with LLM integrations or AI-augmented testing Experience shipping projects end-to-end with AI as a co-pilot Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
