Must-Have Skills:

Jellyfish or similar Engineering Intelligence platforms

SDLC tools integration with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Jira

Agile delivery metrics and software engineering lifecycle

Engineering productivity, throughput, cycle time, and bottleneck analysis

Reporting dashboards and analytics frameworks

Dashboard development for leadership and delivery governance

Stakeholder management

Collaboration with Product and Engineering teams

Delivery lifecycle and work orchestration visibility

Preferred Experience:

AI/ML development lifecycle (AI DLC)

Application Operations / Observability

Engineering intelligence and developer productivity analytics

Scaling and operationalizing enterprise tool ecosystems

High-pressure delivery readiness environments

Key Responsibilities:

Lead onboarding, configuration, and operationalization of Jellyfish

Provide visibility into delivery lifecycle and work orchestration

Enable tracking of engineering productivity, throughput, cycle time, and bottlenecks

Integrate Jellyfish with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Jira

Design dashboards and analytics for leadership and delivery governance

Collaborate with AI/ML development lifecycle and App Ops/Observability teams

Support scaling of the engineering intelligence tool ecosystem

Manage stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and delivery teams

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
