Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards Determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues Perform sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process Educate potential customers on products or services that will achieve a healthy, comfortable, and safe environments Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records Attend appointments with customers as scheduled Represent the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards This position helps determine the best Benefit for our customers with Infiltration, Filtration, Purification, Dehumidification, Duct Cleanings, Duct Sealing, Duct Modifications, Duct Replacements, and Blown Insulation. Qualifications Indoor Quality Experience required with ability to plan and lay out jobs per ACCA guidelines and NADCA guidelines. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers’ needs Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Gather and analyze information skillfully. Work well in group problem solving situations. Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to relate well to all people inside and outside the organization. Builds appropriate rapport with subordinates, peers, and clients. Demonstrates persistence by rapid follow-up on commitments. Asks probing questions in order to fully understand customer needs. Overcomes objections and concerns in an appropriate manner. Punctual, self-motivated and understands objectives and is proactive in their approach to achieve them.
