• Hybrid schedule: 2 days on-site and 3 days remote per week
• Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm with no call and no after-hours coverage
• 100% outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry caseload
• Manageable patient load with 1 new patient per day and no double-booking
• Supportive team includes 2 on-site nurses, therapists, and resident physicians
• Teaching opportunities available with residency program and medical students
