Work collaboratively with team members on various maintenance tasks. Perform duties like paint touch ups, unclogging, pool chemical balancing, carpet cleaning, snow plowing and any other maintenance tasks as directed. Qualifications Maintenance experience preferred. Basic skills in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, appliances, doors, and pool maintenance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
