Position Overview

• Join and contribute to the development of our neonatology program within the 9-bed Level III NICU at our facility in Lititz
• Provide neonatal services and support across the Central PA network, including our Level III NICU in Harrisburg
• Work alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, nurses, respiratory therapists, and allied health professionals
• Engage in a highly supportive and collegial environment dedicated to excellence in neonatal care

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
• Strong dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and outstanding patient outcomes
