Electricians & Instrumentation Technicians, Journeyman Certified - Alaska Surepoint is currently seeking Journeyman Electricians and Instrument Technicians for our project in Alaska. This position offers $55/hour plus paid flights to the work site for certified Journeyman Electricians. Contractors are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Maintaining a continual focus on safety, cost control, and client satisfaction Delivering quality work with attention to detail that meets or exceeds client expectations Performing duties in a professional and courteous manner Demonstrating initiative, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Requirements Must meet the physical demands of the position Willingness to travel and work extended shift structures Qualifications Journeyman Electricians must hold a reciprocal license to work in the state of Alaska (from one of the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, or Wyoming) Valid Class 5 or D Driver’s License and clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test (provided by Surepoint) Other Considerations Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities Ability to self-manage and work independently with maturity and accountability Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented approach with adaptability to change Benefits PROS Culture – People like YOU are our biggest asset!
