The company believes that hospitality is not just service, but a complete guest experience. Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in King George, VA. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and providing accurate information about services and local amenities. Daily tasks include answering phones, responding to inquiries, handling reservations, and maintaining clear communication with guests and internal teams. The Front Desk Representative will manage basic administrative and receptionist duties, process payments, and ensure that the front desk area is organized and professional. This role supports a positive guest experience through attentive customer service and timely resolution of guest requests. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities. Professional Phone Etiquette and experience with Receptionist Duties at a front desk or similar role. Ability to manage Reservations and basic booking systems with accuracy and attention to detail. Reliable time management, organizational skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working on-site, including standing for extended periods and interacting with guests throughout the shift. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software or property management systems. Prior experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
