- 10+ years of WMS experience
- Blue Yonder WMS technical & functional knowledge
- Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Replenishment
- Allocation, Wave, Picking, Packing & Shipping
- Production Support / L2-L3 Support
- SQL & Data Analysis
- APIs, Web Services, Interfaces & Message Flows
- ERP, TMS, MHE/Automation integrations
- ITIL / AMS / SLA Management
- Strong Customer & Stakeholder Management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS L2/L3 application support across warehouse sites.
- Act as the SME for Blue Yonder WMS and provide technical/functional support.
- Handle incidents, problems, changes, releases, RCA, and major incident recovery.
- Coordinate with warehouse operations, IT, offshore teams, product teams, and third-party vendors.
- Monitor SLA/KPI performance and drive automation and ticket-reduction initiatives.
- Lead offshore teams and ensure operational readiness and knowledge management.
- Act as the primary onshore contact for customer communication and escalations.
