Transforming data into impactful creative strategies, the full-time salaried Creative Strategist, Consumer Growth Marketing will lead the development and optimization of performance-driven advertising campaigns while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead creative development for various formats in performance marketing and brand awareness campaigns Monitor and analyze creative performance, iterating quickly to optimize direction and maintain a testing calendar Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new creative and share insights across paid and organic channels Required qualifications 2 - 3+ years of experience in creative strategy and performance optimization for consumer brands or agencies Hands-on experience with paid advertising channels like Meta, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) and experimentation in that environment Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams effectively Comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflows and creative processes
