Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist or license‑eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state in which you are applying. Current CPR Certification. Base pay depends on factors such as complexity, responsibility of role, job duties, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed annually.
