This role ensures accurate processing, documentation, and material handling in accordance with established procedures and compliance requirement.ResponsibilitiesShip and receive all goods through ERP and carrier systemsMaintain organized work areas and proper material storageReceive and distribute materials in accordance with GMP and company proceduresSupport inventory accuracy and discrepancy resolution through routine cycle counts and accurate material handlingCommunicate shipment and receipt status to internal teamsFollow established GMP and standard work requirements; ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintainedNotify and escalate high-volume or resource constraints to supervisor or site leadComplete required DOT HazMat training and follow established procedures; escalate issues or uncertaintiesOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications2+ years of shipping/receiving or related experienceExperience working in ERP/MRP systemsBasic understanding of shipping documentation and compliancePreferred QualificationsExperience with import/export regulationsEpicor ERP experienceDOT Hazardous Materials CertificationPhysical DemandsLifting requirements up to 40 lbs. as neededFast-paced, physically demanding work environmentCompensationCompensation:The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications.
