Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in Alabama
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and developing IEPs for K-12 students
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve a diverse K-12 student caseload
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student communication skills
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide support and consultation across multiple grade levels

Contract Details:

• Start as soon as possible, position runs through May 2027
• Option for full-time or part-time hours
• Work five days per week with a manageable caseload size
• Pay ranges from $45-$50 per hour
