Why Work Here?

You will join a growing industrial service organization that offers clear paths for advancement and skill development. The company invests in your professional growth by paying for certifications to become a valve technician and providing raises for each certification earned, allowing you to increase your earnings based on your skills rather than seniority. You will gain exposure to a variety of industrial sites and equipment, build valuable hands-on experience, and work in an environment that rewards initiative, flexibility, and hard work.

Work Environment

You will work primarily in a valve shop environment where getting dirty is part of the job, handling heavy mechanical components and using hand and power tools daily. The role also involves regular travel to industrial power plants, mainly in regions such as Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia, where conditions can be loud, dirty, and physically demanding. Work hours require flexibility; typical shifts may run from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., but during outages you may work 12-hour days. Some weekend on-call duty is required.
