Proposal Specialist

Managing the proposal process from RFP receipt to submission, the full-time remote Proposal Specialist will develop high-quality proposals, collaborate with various departments, and ensure compliance with submission requirements. Key responsibilities: Develop and write proposals in response to RFX and solicitation documents, ensuring alignment with client needs Coordinate proposal activities, including scheduling meetings, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring drafts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and enhance proposal content Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or 5+ years of relevant experience Minimum of 5+ years of experience in proposal writing or a related role Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and InDesign Experience managing multiple proposals with a focus on project management and quality assurance Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
