Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:30), primarily 8:30 start time with some variable shifts. No weekends or holidays required. Outpatient OR setting with 4 operating rooms.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment at an acute care facility in beautiful Northern California wine country
• Outpatient OR environment specializing in orthopedics, urology, general surgery, ENT, ophthalmology, podiatry, and pain management
• Treat diverse patient populations including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• First-time travelers welcome with minimum 1 year of OR experience
• Supportive interdisciplinary team with interpretation services and unit secretary assistance
• Business casual or scrubs dress code in a professional outpatient setting

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (pending licenses accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Ambulatory OR experience with procedures including arthroscopy, laparoscopic cases, general surgery, orthopedic procedures, and outpatient surgical specialties
• Willingness to float to main OR across the street as needed
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
• Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
