Overview Senior Recruiter | Building Stronger Teams One Hire at a Time Technical Recruiter Location: Hybrid schedule in Shakopee, MN (1–2 days onsite per week) Type: Temp to Hire Pay Range: $30–$40/hr Timeframe: Now through end of year, with potential contract extension or conversion in Q1 for the right fit Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter with a strong customer service mindset and account management approach. This role requires initiative, adaptability, and the ability to recruit across a broad spectrum of roles. Ideal candidates will have experience running a full desk for 2+ years (preferably 3–4 years) and come from agency or multi-entity corporate recruiting backgrounds. Responsibilities Recruit across a high mix of roles including engineering, technical, corporate functions, and administrative positions Apply a process-focused and omni-channel approach to recruiting Engage in full-cycle recruiting tasks with minimal supervision Collaborate with a self-sufficient team that supports and backs each other up Communicate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders Utilize UKG Pro HRIS (preferred) and other tools to manage recruiting workflows Qualifications 2+ years of full-desk recruiting experience (3–4 years preferred) Strong initiative and ability to work independently High level of customer service and account management mindset Experience recruiting in manufacturing-adjacent industries Not a fit for light industrial or IT-only recruiting backgrounds Process-oriented with attention to detail Experience with UKG Pro HRIS is a plus Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
