If you have a passion for keeping properties in top condition and enjoy helping residents feel at home, we’d love to have you on our team!Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance in residents’ apartmentsTroubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issuesComplete work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer servicePerform unit turnovers / make-readiesMaintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed workCollaborate with team members to improve service efficiencyGrounds maintenance duties may also be required depending upon the needs of the apartment communityRequirements:Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family or residential settingKnowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairsProblem-solving skills and attention to detailTools and reliable transportation.
