Remote HRBP Manager for Director Development

Learning Care Group is seeking a remote HR Business Partner to partner with District Managers, strengthen Director-level leadership, and improve retention across the division. You will conduct talent reviews, guide action planning, and support performance management with the Employee Relations team while aligning with Compensation and COEs. This role requires 5+ years in HRBP or equivalent, a BA/BS in a related field, thorough knowledge of federal and state employment laws, and experience with #J-18808-Ljbffr Learning Care Group
