Checkr is recognized on Forbes Cloud 100 2025 List and is a Y Combinator 2024 Breakthrough Company.What you’ll doLead and execute end-to-end delivery of high-priority product programs across different teams within Checkr, from early access with external customers through GA exit criteria and post-launch follow-throughBuild integrated program plans that define scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, decision points, success measures, and escalation pathsRun the quarterly and annual product planning cadence with Product, Design, and Engineering leadershipDefine, track, and report on product KPIs, operational metrics, and SLAs alongside product managers, engineers, and data scientistsBuild agentic workflows and processes using tools like Claude Skills and Cowork to raise engineering velocity and launch qualityOwn cross-departmental initiatives without a single owner, such as internal tool rollouts and PRD templates, and turn launch retros into better defaultsWhat you bring4+ years in product operations, technical program management, product management, or business operations, ideally at a technology company handling sensitive or regulated dataTrack record of leading complex, cross-functional launches or multi-quarter programs from strategy through rollout and adoptionExperience building repeatable systems for roadmap, prioritization, and planning across product and engineering teamsHands-on fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude Skills, Cowork, Codex), plus strong written and verbal communication, including concise, decision-ready updates for senior stakeholdersExceptional communicator who influences without authority across diverse stakeholders (Product, Eng, Legal, Security, GTM) and delivers concise, decision-ready executive updatesFamiliarity with enterprise B2B SaaS, phased rollouts, or compliance-driven environments (FCRA, EEOC, GDPR, CCPA) is a plusAn A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomesPay Transparency DisclosureWe use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
