The Claims & Safety Coordinator oversees workplace safety initiatives, drives regulatory compliance, and manages the end-to-end workers’ compensation claims process to minimize workplace risks and ensure prompt claim resolution.

Claims & Safety Coordinator Bilingual Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $25.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Manage workers comp claims
- Data Entry of all claims
- Coordinate with medical providers, managers and employees
- Monitor all claims
- Maintain confidential files and claims
- Gather witness statements, photos, and documentation to support claims.
- Recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Safety Program support-develop, implement and maintain workplace safety programs and procedures.
Claims & Safety Coordinator Bilingual Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in workers’ compensation claims coordination, risk management, or workplace safety.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Works well in high pressure situations to meet company deadlines.
- Maintain regular, consistent attendance & punctuality. Must have a flexible schedule that may require occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be flexible to reassignment within the North Denver area
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
